Fulltrefferen for pastaelskere, servert med rucculasalat
Kok pastaen etter anvisningene på emballasjen. Halver paprikaene, som renses, skylles og skjæres i strimler. Varm opp oljen, tilsett paprikastrimlene og sauter disse på pannen. Tilsett melk og Saint Agur, smelt osten og la sausen koke inn en smule. Skyll og rens rucculablandingen.

Til dressingen røres olje, eddik og sennep sammen og smakes til med salt, pepper og sukker. Rist pinjenøttene på en panne til de er gyllenbrune. Smak sausen til med salt og pepper og server, pyntet med pinjenøttene, sammen med pastaen. Server salaten til dryppet med litt dressing.
