Dela melonen på mitten, urkärna den med en sked och skär ut fruktköttet i små kulor. Ta sedan ut det fruktkött som är kvar i melonen med en sked. Pressa omkring två matskedar av fruktköttet genom en sil och använd det i dressingen. Skär resten i små tärningar.

Ansa, skölj och plocka frisésalladen. Skär Saint Agur i små tärningar, rensa hallonen och skölj dem vid behov. Ansa salladslökarna och skär dem i tunna ringar.

Blanda de båda vinägertyperna, salt, peppar, socker och det mosade fruktköttet från melonen med oljorna. Ansa och hacka chilin och rör ner den i dressingen med citronmeliss och melontärningar.

Lägg upp ingredienserna till salladen dekorativt på en tallrik och ringla över dressing.

Tips

Det är enkelt att forma melonkulorna med ett så kallat parisiennejärn. Det går även att skära fruktköttet i tärningar.
